Salon Policies.

So every visit is smooth, fair and stress-free. Please review our policies before booking — by reserving an appointment, you agree to the terms below.

These policies are a general guide. Exact terms, inclusions and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by service.

01Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and is applied toward your service total. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

02Late Arrival

Please arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed; arrivals beyond 15 minutes may incur a late fee or require rescheduling, as later arrivals affect every guest after you.

03Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations inside the window may forfeit the deposit.

04Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is offered when requested at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit transfers to the new date. Last-minute reschedules may require a new deposit.

05No-Shows

Failure to arrive without notice is considered a no-show. The deposit is forfeited, and future bookings may require payment in full to reserve.

06Hair Included / Not Included

Many braiding services include hair extensions in the price; some specialty styles do not. Your booking confirmation will clearly state whether hair is included, and the type/amount needed.

07Wash Included / Not Included

Unless a wash, cleanse or prep service is selected as part of your booking, please arrive with clean, blow-dried and detangled hair. Wash, steam and tea-rinse services can be added at booking.

08Extra Length & Density

Starting prices reflect a standard length and density. Additional length, fullness or added bundles may increase the final price. Your quote is confirmed before your style begins.

09Kids' Appointments

We warmly welcome children and offer gentle, patient styling. Please book the appropriate kids' service so we can plan the time, and ensure your child is comfortable sitting for the scheduled duration.

10Photo & Video

We may photograph or record finished styles and the salon experience for our portfolio and social media. Please let us know before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed.

11Afterpay & Payments

Services can be split into four payments with Afterpay via Square. A deposit reserves your chair; the remaining balance is settled in-studio. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.

12Event Booking Deposit

Private bookings, beauty parties and weekend after-hours experiences require a deposit to reserve the date. Final pricing depends on guest count, time, services and add-ons requested.

13Event Cancellations

Event deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or date changes must be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability; rescheduling may require an additional deposit.

14Alterations Pricing & Turnaround

Clothing alterations are by appointment only. Final pricing depends on garment type, fabric and the adjustment needed, and turnaround time is confirmed at drop-off. Rush requests may incur an additional fee.
